Hollick Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2004I first fell in love with the Hollick back in 1998 and its been a staple in my collection ever since. Consistently a quality value for money red thats not too over powering – medium bodied with the aroma of blackcurrent and soft tannins.
Its a very fresh herbal wine from a region more commonly known for very heavy drops.
Sells for $26-$28 and worth every penny. Best enjoyed with roast beef or a nice soft cheese.
